Getting Fit @ Getting Fattt

Hi All,

Dah hampir sepuluh bulan delivered Medina dan berat badan i masih lagi di nombor 60kg after timbang masa 2 bulan lps bersalin...tak faham kenapa dia statikkkkk je..tak turun tak naikk...stress i hehehe

fuhhhh....memang really painful tu reduce weight uollssss....

Masa pregnant medina i gained weight around 7 kgs...ya mmg tak byk sbb mula trimester pertama berat i turun 3 kgs sebab alahan teruk...demam..huhuhu...biasa nya anak2 lain i akan naik maximum 10kgs...

when i see Kim Kardishan's body mmg jeles hahhaha...macamana lah derang ni buat utk back to their original body haisshh...

but i believe only exercise can reduce weight .... dan untuk aku mmg suka ber ZUMBA .. buat kat rumah je dan my favorite video is ...


Bulan 6 ni ada timbang lagi sekali di klinik ibu dan anak...maap ya umah i mmg takder penimbang...saya timbang 3 bln sekali..baru lah surprise kannn..tunggu jer nanti
